Are you licensed and insured in Texas?
Yes. We are a licensed, bonded and fully insured locksmith company, and every technician carries photo identification you can check on arrival.
Do you really operate 24 hours a day?
Yes, 24/7/365 including nights, weekends and public holidays. A live dispatcher answers every call — you will never reach a voicemail box.
How fast can you reach me?
Typically 15–30 minutes in central Austin and 25–40 minutes for outer suburbs and Hill Country addresses. You receive a live technician ETA by text.
Will the price change when the technician arrives?
No. The figure quoted on the phone is the figure on the invoice, including after-hours calls. Any locksmith unwilling to commit to a number before dispatch should be avoided.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, tap-to-pay and mobile wallets at the roadside, plus invoicing for commercial and fleet accounts.
Do I have to prove the vehicle is mine?
Yes, and we make no apology for it. Photo ID plus registration, title or an insurance card matching the VIN protects you and every other driver in Austin.
Service questions
Can you make a key if I lost every copy?
Yes. All-keys-lost origination from the VIN is one of our most common jobs, including push-to-start proximity keys.
Do you program keys for brand-new vehicles?
Yes, including current model years with secure gateway modules. We hold licensed access and current-generation programmers.
Can you program a fob I bought online?
Usually. We check compatibility first, and if a customer-supplied fob cannot be paired there is no programming charge.
Will you damage my car during a lockout?
No. We use inflatable wedges and coated long-reach tools within factory tolerances, and we inspect the door with you afterwards.
Is my ignition repairable or does it need replacing?
Most sticking cylinders can be rebuilt for well under the cost of replacement. We diagnose before quoting parts.
Do you work on European and luxury vehicles?
Yes — BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Volvo and Tesla are all supported.

Do you charge a travel fee to the suburbs?
No. Every area listed on our service area pages is covered at standard pricing with no travel surcharge.
Can you reach me inside a parking garage?
Yes. Our vans clear standard garage heights and our technicians work downtown structures nightly.
Will you come out to a highway shoulder?
Yes, and we prioritise it. Technicians deploy cones and reflective gear and work from the safe side of the vehicle.
